The company offers training and custom system implementation services for PCLaw®, Amicus Attorney®, Timeslips®, Time Matters®, Billing Matters™, and QuickBooks® software. Mr. Busch is a certified independent consultant on these products which are designed for legal, accounting, consulting, engineering, financial, insurance, and other time-critical, information-intensive offices. In addition to sales and setup of these products, The ProfitPoint Group helps ensure that clients can use them to their fullest potential by providing customization and training services.
The ProfitPoint Group has also developed TracTax, a software program specifically designed to document training events for companies participating in the R.I. Job Training Tax Credit program. By managing the documentation necessary to take advantage of the Tax Credit, TracTax ensures the maximum credit is earned. R.I. companies of all sizes either license this software or outsource the work to The ProfitPoint Group.
